Remote work reimagined

the hybrid office

The future of remote work is much more than just working from home.

We are seeing a trend towards a hybrid model that is able to satisfy the need for social distancing without sacrificing collaborative productivity and business culture. HKG recognised this trend in 2004 when Nexus Smart Hub was created. Since then we have built flexibility and scale across various properties to address their future workforce planning  requirements.

According to PwC’s US Remote Work Survey – January 2021, 83% of employers believe the shift to remote work has been successful for their business. However, at the same time we know the ‘office’ is not going to go away. In the same survey, 87% of employees said that the office is important for collaborating with team members and building relationships. Therefore we will see a transition to a hybrid office – in fact, 87% of executives expect to make changes to their real estate strategy over the next 12 months in line with this trend.

It's time to reimagine remote work

Recent events have forced businesses to re-evaluate their resourcing model in order to maintain consistent service and manage costs. Henry Kendall Group have a number of opportunities available for businesses wanting to re-evaluate their future leasing and tenancy requirements. Contact us to find out more.
