Bellbird Residential Subdivision Hunter Valley

The Henry Kendall Group has worked with Cessnock City Council, The State Government and adjoining land owners on the rezoning of the North Bellbird residential precinct in the Hunter Valley. The first stage of the development is due for release in late 2010. The Henry Kendall Groups involvement in this initiative will generate 600 blocks of land and provide half of the regional shopping facilities for the precinct.
