The Henry Kendall group is a family owned and operated business successfully developing commercial, industrial, residential & retirement projects throughout NSW since 1951. The Group was until November 2005 the largest retirement village developer in NSW. In November 2005, Joint Venture partners Babcock & Brown / Primelife purchased all 3 Henry Kendall retirement villages consisting of over 1,000 self care sites.

Since the sale of the villages the Group has largely focused on the robust commercial / industrial market whilst managing to secure 2 proposed retirement village sites as well as completing residential & industrial sub-divisions on the Central and Mid North Coast.
